Claude is what we demo. The free tier is enough for this session, and event credits are expected — see the Builder's Kit. ChatGPT or Gemini work the same way if you already have one.

A phone will get you through this session but not through the weekend. Borrow one if you need to — ask at the front desk Thursday.

This session is free-tier friendly on its own, but this form is what allocates your Lovable credits for the build days — do it now so it's not one more thing Saturday morning.

The pillar you're building for
Pick one from Mayor Sheffield's citizen survey pillars before Friday and write it down. Everything in this session starts from it.

One sentence about who you're helping
Not a product idea — a person and a problem. “My mom can't get to her dialysis appointments” is a better starting point than “an app for healthcare.”

Anything you already wrote down
Notes on your phone, a photo of a whiteboard, a flyer from your block club. You'll paste it in. Rough is fine — messy is actually better.
