For experienced builders: build an AI agent with real memory, a typed tool, and a teammate — then kill it on purpose and watch it recover, on your own free Cloudflare account. The weekend's credits, rules, and judging criteria are on the cheat sheet.
Book a coach
Coaches are on-site and virtual all weekend. Book a free 15-minute Google Meet to unstick a bug, cut an idea down to size, or get a read on your demo — or just find one of them in the room.
